Using the service

applicants.app lets businesses post jobs and manage the people who apply. You’re responsible for the jobs you post and for following employment laws that apply to you, including anti-discrimination laws, when you write job posts, ask screening questions and make hiring decisions.

Your data

You own your content and your applicants’ data. You can export it at any time. You agree to use applicant information only for hiring.

Acceptable use

No fake job posts, no collecting personal information under false pretenses, no spam, and no posts for illegal work. We may remove jobs or close accounts that break these rules.

Plans and billing

The Free plan is free. Pro is billed monthly through Stripe and renews until you cancel. If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. We don’t offer refunds for partial months.

Availability

We work hard to keep applicants.app running, but it is provided “as is” without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll email account owners before it takes effect.
